The location of the hotel is decent, not far from Bangla road and near many shops, but it could benefit from better privacy due to its open setting exposed to a liquor warehouse. The service was lacking friendliness and helpfulness. The dining experience was hit and miss, sometimes with limited food choices. The rooms were dark, without balconies, and had cleanliness issues that were not promptly addressed. However, the facilities offered were satisfactory.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped, which I really liked. However, the lack of hot water and issues with the television reception were disappointing. The hotel does not have an elevator, and certain amenities like a TV remote and power points near the beds were missing, which was inconvenient.

The hotel has a cold and dated feel, with one room positioned in front of the stairs and what looked like a collapsing roof partially covered with some cardboard. The room had no window, and the bedsheets and towels were dirty. The service was very nice and friendly, and the staff were very helpful. The location is full of sewerage smell and logistical works. The dining experience was not too good, and the facilities were below satisfaction.
